Ordering Information Using our shopping cart and secure checkout, you may place your orders directly through our website. We also welcome orders by phone, at conventions, or by mail. Shipping times are usually longer than stated above. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (includes Canada and Mexico): Please select "International Air" as the shipping option. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship surface through the USPS at this time. After packing and weighing, we will bill your credit card for the final shipping cost. If you'd like advance confirmation of the the additional amount billed to your card, please mention this in your order comments and provide your email address. If you prefer to have your 16" x 22" charts rolled and shipped in a
mailing tube instead, please indicate this on the order form and
include the additional $3.00 rolled chart fee.
GIFT ORDERS: We gladly ship gift orders. Please provide the recipient's name and address, along with any other special instructions, in the "comments" box. We will enclose a gift card at your request. To place an order by mail, please use our printable Mail Order Form. Checks or money orders should be made to "Doorposts." To order by phone, you may call us toll-free at (888) 433-4749. Please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card ready. You can also view and purchase our materials at homeschool conventions! Return Policy: Full refund for materials returned within 30 days in good condition. Call or email us to obtain return shipping instructions. Discounted Merchandise: We occasionally have a few of our larger books that get scuffed up. When available, these books are listed on our discounted books page. To keep our prices low, we print many of our materials in black-and-white. This also gives you and your children a chance to do some coloring together! If you would like to laminate your large charts, we have found that a blueprint office can generally do this for you. Using the Shopping Cart: STEP 1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: The Doorposts Shopping Cart allows you to place our products into a shopping cart to keep track of items you would like to order. When you have finished browsing and are ready to purchase, go to the Shopping Cart page and select the button "Next >>". STEP 2. SHIPPING AND EXTRAS: The page following the Shopping Cart shows the shipping total, and allows the selection of Foreign shipping, Rolled Charts, and/or Rush orders. Select the button "Next >>" to go to the next page. STEP 3. VERIFY YOUR ORDER: From here you go to the Secure Order form. If you would like to place an order by mail, please use the Mail Order Form. STEP 4. NAME, ADDRESS, PAYMENT: Please provide your name, shipping address and payment information. Place any special instructions (and your billing address, if different) in the "Comment" box. STEP 5. PRINT YOUR RECEIPT: Please print & keep a receipt for your records. Cookies - This shopping cart requires your browser to accept Cookies.
